I offer accurate translation from Japanese to English, with superb attention to detail. Having worked as a translator in the engineering industry, I can handle documents with a high level of technical terminology. If the content of your translation project is outside my range of expertise, I may be able to recommend a colleague who can help you.

In addition to translation from Japanese to English, I offer proofreading and editing of translated texts. I do not usually translate from English to Japanese; most professional translators only translate into their native language. I can put you in touch with a colleague if you require translation into Japanese.
I work on a PC with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. I use Trados Studio 2022, the leading translation memory software, to ensure my translations are accurate and consistent.
Rates for translation from Japanese to English are usually calculated according to the number of Japanese characters in the source text. The rate for your project will depend on how technical the subject matter is, the deadline required, and the file formats used.
